I used to "collect" movies.

Then, I learned how to rip and burn movies and I spent a few years filling folders up with movies...

Now, with XBMC, I just stream EVERYTHING.

I mean, pretty much everything is out there now to stream. Even, Youtube has full length movies now.

The collection I have of movies from back in the day really takes up a lot of space, I just threw them in storage to be honest.

I find it hilarious that all those VHS tapes I have from the eighties that weren't supposed to last twenty years still play back just fine, while DVDs from less than ten years ago are FUBAR.

Man DVD rot is a bitch. :x

A ton of the old games that I burned are Frisbees now.

I mean, it's cool that just about everything is available on rom sites now, but still it's a bitch to have to go through it all again.

I'm too scared to even open up my Autobot Ark of Pr0n to find cannot read disc errors
