Trump has 75% of the delegates he needs to become the nominee. Ted Cruz and Kasich are now BOTH mathematically eliminated from winning the nomination on the first ballot. Since Trump only needs 310 more delegates, and there are still 651 still available, the odds of it going past a first ballot are very, very slim.

Meanwhile, in Democrat land...


Clinton has 90% of the delegates she needs to win the nomination.
