Van Deadpoolder Starring The Versatile Ryan Reynolds

My only wish is that TBS becomes the "Roadhouse" channel... then the circle will be complete

I'm pretty hyped for it myself, I think it will be great.

Seeing so many different takes in the trailers, I'm wondering which lines will end up getting cut or replaced. This happens with soooo many movies these days.

Saw it and loved it. The references and inside jokes had the whole theater consistently rolling with laughter.

Once more have seen it, I will drop some more spoilery type comments.

Which won't be many, because it's pretty much the story you'd expect from a Deadpool origin.

It was great though, trust me. Oh and I have read ZERO reviews for it, so I have no idea how it's doing in the box office or what people think about it.

This is now my favorite super hero movie.

I await others comments for no spoilers.

It's fucking great. I definitely hate Van Wilder much less now. This movie is his Citizen Kane.

Earlier in the thread, I mentioned how I worried about the Wade Wilson parts where he's just Van Wilder, well, let me tell you the way they go back and fourth with Wade and Deadpool in the storytelling works expertly in not letting it Van Wild itself.

This felt like the comic came to life. The whole movie fit the spirit of the character perfectly.

You guys should see it ASAP. I couldn't really fault this movie on any major level. I could easily point out a few tweaks here and there that could have made it a bit better but seriously, overall it's almost perfect.

I DON'T WANT to like anything with Ryan Reynolds in it, so this one had to put in some work...

And it delivered beyond my wildest dreams.

Yeah saw this today, I can't say I have laughed that hard in a movie in awhile. I think the only gripe I could possibly come up with, would be the slight changing of where his name came from, and a lack of supporting characters (which is out of Fox's hands anyways, more or less). Can't wait for future sequels.

This movie had me from the fucking opening credits... all the way through the implausible end. I loved the ever loving shit out of all the in jokes, all the barbs at his horrible movies, the liam neeson nightmares, blind al was perfect, Van Wilder was born to play Deadpool, As with Wolverine, Iron Man, and now Hulk belonging to those actors who portray them, this one now is his. No one else can do it justice. I loved the fully 100% CGI colossus, he was fucking FUNNY!!! This movie was so well done... and of course the post credits stinger was done, just like deadpool would do one. Cannot wait for either Deadpool 2 or X-Force, and whatever comes, it better be fucking rated R...

Did anybody else catch the Starbucks coffee cup in the beginning with Rob L. written on it?

I was like FUCK ROB LIEFELD.

I think I was the only person in the entire theater who caught that.

I'm not trying to ignore you, it's just brutal getting to the movies. Lots of business travel.
