TIM BURTON SUPERMAN DOCUMENTARY

My only wish is that TBS becomes the "Roadhouse" channel... then the circle will be complete

This officially puts me on the anti-Kevin Smith bandwagon. He always acts like writing an unproduced "Superman Lives" script was some important milestone in his life.

Sooooooooooooo....They are still trying to kickstart this thing.

I'm guessing a few diehard Supes fans will swoop in with the needed funds but if not, how funny would it be if even the documentary doesn't see the light of day?

I still want to see this any way.

Finally got to see this and it was well worth the watch. There are moments during this doc where you really start to believe this movie could've worked and been interesting, other times you're like "no fucking way, this is too weird".

The craziest part to me was Burton's take on Clark Kent. That would've been the biggest risk in the whole film to me.

Anybody else see this thing yet?

I watched this on TMC today....Smith doesn't come across nearly as obnoxiously as I thought he would...sometimes Cahe even looks pretty good in the test suit (from a few angles and he looks buff as hell in it). I almost feel sorry for Jon Peters because he has really gotten a bad rap over the years for some poorly executed good intentions (even though he is kind of a jackass). My biggest lasting impression was how Tim Burton wanted Christopher Walken to play Brainiac. I am legit sad we'll probably never get to see that performance because its TOO perfect and awesome to not exist.
